I created this mini Keystone Kop, for the Keystone Kops they are a part of the Shriners in Omaha! He will be included in their big annual auction, to help raise funds for the Shrine Hospitals!
The Shriners pay for medical, transportation and lodging for children and their families that need medical help at the Shrine Hospitals.
Your attention for details is AMAZING....I looooooove how it looks.
